How long does it take to fulfill an order?

2-5 Business Days (does not include shipping)

Each product ordered is specially made just for you. It takes 2-5 business days to make your custom-ordered product. On average most orders are ready to be shipped within 3 business days or less. Although each product can vary, we do have some products that have a longer shipping time.

Please note: Shipping times are not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive to you, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

Can I change the color of the clothing or the color of the design?

The Short Answer is Yes!

If you are wanting a certain color of clothing with a certain color of design please contact us through our contact page. Just leave a detailed description of the product you are inquiring about, both the color of clothing and the color of the design, along with your contact information and we will get back with you on whether or not we can accommodate your request.

Please note: When it comes to matching exact colors our setup is not perfect. We will do our best to match the colors you are asking for but know that they could be slightly off.

What affect does tariffs have on my order?

Tariffs can have a huge affect on your order! (US Only)

Right now the prices reflect most tariffs, but there are some products being shipped into the United States from high tariffed countries that are not reflected in the price. Once the product arrives in the United States a fee will be placed on the product and the recipient will be asked to pay the added price to receive their package.

For a list of products that are affected by tariffs check out our "Tariff Collection" page. Just go to the "Collection" tab in the menu bar, look up "Tariff Collection" (it is alphabetical), and see any products we might carry that could have added shipping fees. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

Are we going to have products for other animals aside from dogs?

Absolutely!

Here at ILETtheDOGSout, we love all animals-fur, feathers, scales, and tails! We're sniffing out new ideas and working hard to expand our product line soon to include a little something for all our companions, big and small. So stay tuned... more paws, claws, beaks, and squeaks will be joining the party soon!
