We offer free shipping on orders from time-to-time. When this free service is not in effect our shipping policy is as follows:

Each product ordered is specially made just for you. It takes 2-5 business days to make your custom-ordered product. On average most orders are ready to be shipped within 3 business days or less. Although each product can vary, we do have some products that have a longer shipping time.

Please note: Shipping times are not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive to you, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time

Q. - Does Tariffs have an affect on your order?

A. - Tariffs can have a huge affect on your order! (US Only)

Right now the prices reflect most tariffs, but there are some products being shipped from high tariffed countries into the United States that are not reflected in the price. Once the product arrives in the United States a fee will be placed on the product and the recipient will be asked to pay the added price to receive their package. - ILETtheDOGSout Shopping has added a "Duties and Import Tax App" on our website. This app is "SUPPOSED TO" generate an import tax on your product "IF" it will have one coming in from another country. That way you can decide on whether or not you would like the item before getting a surprise import bill from customs. This app is not available for countries other than the United States.

PLEASE NOTE: ILETtheDOGSout Shopping is not responsible for any import fees, duties, or additional charges that may be incurred during the shipping process. By placing an order, you acknowledge that any such fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

 REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:

 We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customer.support@iletthedogsout.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
